Final decisions are made exclusively by the relevant immigration authorities, government agencies, embassies, consulates, municipalities, or other competent authorities.
Payment for our services is payment for the consultation, document review, preparation, or assistance provided and does not constitute payment for a guaranteed immigration result.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
You must inform Leander Solution if information relevant to your case changes.
You are also responsible for:
- Providing requested documents within the required time
- Checking information before documents or applications are submitted
- Attending appointments where required
- Following instructions from the relevant authorities
- Meeting applicable immigration deadlines
- Paying government, embassy, translation, legalization, or other third-party fees where applicable
Leander Solution is not responsible for problems caused by false, incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or late information supplied by the client.
4. Consultations and Appointments
Appointments can be booked through our website or other available booking methods.
Clients should attend appointments at the agreed date and time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Leander Solution as early as possible.
Availability for a new appointment cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Fees and Payments
Prices for consultations and other services may be displayed on our website or communicated directly to you.
Where payment is required before an appointment or service, your booking may not be confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Leander Solution’s service fees do not include government application fees, embassy or consular fees, translation costs, legalization or apostille costs, courier fees, or other third-party expenses.
Additional work outside the originally agreed service may result in additional fees. Where appropriate, these will be communicated before the additional service is provided.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Eligibility for a cancellation or refund depends on the service purchased and whether work has already begun.
Once a consultation has taken place or Leander Solution has started reviewing, preparing, or processing documents for the requested service, the amount paid may be fully or partially non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Forms, questionnaires, checklists, guides, and other materials available through the Leander Solution website are provided to assist clients with the immigration process.
Downloading or completing a form does not create a guarantee that an application will be accepted or approved.
Immigration requirements can change. Clients should ensure that information and documentation remain current when an application is submitted.
8. Document Uploads
When uploading documents to Leander Solution, you confirm that you are authorised to provide those documents and the information contained in them.
You should only upload information necessary for the service you have requested.
Personal information and uploaded documents will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
