At Leander Solution<\/b><\/span>, we understand that plans and circumstances can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions that apply to consultations, appointments, document reviews, and other paid services.<\/p>

1. Appointment Cancellations<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact Leander Solution as soon as possible.<\/p>

For appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment<\/b><\/span>, you may request:<\/p>

  • A rescheduled appointment at no additional charge; or<\/li>
  • A refund of the consultation fee, where applicable.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Late Cancellations<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment<\/b><\/span> may not be eligible for a refund.<\/p>

    Where possible, Leander Solution may offer an alternative appointment date at its discretion.<\/p>

    Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.<\/p>

    3. No-Shows<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not cancelled beforehand, the appointment will be considered a no-show<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>

    The consultation fee may be non-refundable, and a new payment may be required to book another consultation.<\/p>

    4. Rescheduling<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    You may request to reschedule an appointment by contacting Leander Solution before the scheduled appointment.<\/p>

    Rescheduling is subject to availability.<\/p>

    Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking.<\/p>

    5. Document Review and Immigration Services<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    For document-review, application-preparation, immigration-support, or other personalized services, you may request cancellation before work has started.<\/p>

    If Leander Solution has already begun providing the requested service, including reviewing documents, preparing an application, conducting research specific to your case, or providing personalized advice, a full refund may no longer be available.<\/p>

    Where appropriate and required by applicable law, any refund will take into account the work already performed.<\/p>

    6. Digital Forms and Documents<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    Forms, checklists, guides, or other digital materials supplied as part of a service may be subject to different cancellation rules once delivery or access has begun, where permitted by applicable law.<\/p>

    Any statutory consumer rights that apply to digital content remain unaffected.<\/p>

    7. Government and Third-Party Fees<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    Payments made to government authorities, embassies, consulates, translation providers, legalization services, payment providers, couriers, or other third parties are separate from Leander Solution\u2019s service fees.<\/p>

    Leander Solution cannot guarantee refunds of fees paid directly to third parties. Refund eligibility for those payments is determined by the relevant third party.<\/p>

    8. Immigration Application Decisions<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    Leander Solution cannot guarantee approval of a visa, residence permit, work permit, family reunification application, citizenship application, or any other immigration request.<\/p>

    A refusal, rejection, delay, or other decision by an immigration authority or government agency does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of Leander Solution\u2019s service fees<\/b><\/span> for work that has already been performed.<\/p>

    9. Cancellation by Leander Solution<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    In exceptional circumstances, Leander Solution may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.<\/p>

    If we cancel an appointment and cannot provide a suitable alternative, any amount paid directly for that appointment will be refunded where appropriate.<\/p>

    10. Refund Processing<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method where possible.<\/p>

    The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.<\/p>

    11. Consumer Rights<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    Nothing in this Cancellation & Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that consumers may have under mandatory Dutch or European Union consumer-protection law.<\/p>

    Where mandatory law provides greater cancellation or refund rights than this policy, those legal rights will apply.<\/p>
